How To Use Me?

• Assign a color to different emotions that you might feel. For Example, yellow is for happiness, red for anger or maybe purple for when you felt proud of yourself. 
• Fill in the tiny square corresponding to that day and month using the color that depicts your mood for the day. 
• Continue this practice everyday. This will help you keep a track of your thoughts. 
• With daily use of our calendar, we hope one day you have a conversation like this with yourself : " Oh Hey! my color for the last 3 days has been blue. Why am I feeling blue? Today I'll change it to yellow. Today, I'll be happier than I was yesterday. "
